  • To return an item, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  • Call 305-910-0109 to request your RAN.
  • Write the RAN clearly on the package to ensure proper return processing.

  2. Choose a Carrier: Use an insured shipping carrier with tracking. Keep the tracking number for reference.
