Return Eligibility

- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition.
- Opened items will only be accepted if all components are included.
- Items that have been assembled, installed, used, or rented cannot be returned.
- Damaged/Defective Items: If your item is damaged or defective, it must be reviewed and approved by our Returns Department before a return is processed.
Refund Details
- Refund: Refunds are for the merchandise only (shipping charges are not refundable).
- Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be issued in the same way the original payment was made, usually within 5-7 business days.
How to Request a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
- To return an item, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Call 305-910-0109 to request your RAN.
- Write the RAN clearly on the package to ensure proper return processing.

- Prepare Your Item: Ensure the item is securely packaged with all original components.
- Choose a Carrier: Use an insured shipping carrier with tracking. Keep the tracking number for reference.

Processing Your Return
- Once received, please allow 48 hours for processing.
