The 3311-116-14 (11.6 x 14″) was an excellent fit for my 2012 Mercury 60hp. Installation was quick, and I’ve been impressed with the boat’s improved performance.

Let’s start with why four-star and not five. Upon installation of this 3-C Plus, I noticed the alloy is not as hard as the original Black Max that I replaced, which might mean this propeller may wear out faster. On the plus side, extremely easy installation fit like a glove. Took my boat out and test drove it, found the propeller to be correct pitch and true balance. Clocked my boat at a +5 miles per hour faster than the old prop when trimmed out. All in all, I’m pretty happy with this propeller, would recommend.

Second prop I’ve bought from this company. First one was fine, but the second one wasn’t. Not very well balanced – the Amita 3-C Plus rubs on the inside of the foot housing, causing a howling sound at certain RPMs. The paint has come off one of the blades in less than a month, and no primer was used to help the paint adhere to the metal.

Could consider including the locknut and tab washer, but it’s still a great price for peace of mind with the Solas RH Propeller,.
