This is not a Flo-Torq prop like the Mercury OEM, and has a slightly different offset. Used without a thrust washer, it would rub and bind, and re-using the front thrust washer for the stock prop put it about 3/16 inch further back than the stock prop. That said, it is the correct pitch for my motor, and allowed me to reach full revs and gave me 3-4 more MPH. Still trying to figure out if there is a thrust washer that puts this prop in the correct spacing.
