Easy to install on 2012 Carolina Skiff 198 DLV w/ 90hp Yamaha. Primary use of boat is family cruising, island hopping and pulling a 2-person tube. I believe 13 1/4 x 17 pitch is incorrect for my setup. WOT (wide open throttle) went from 5500rpm on old prop (13 1/2 x 15) to 7200rpm with this Rubex 3 Plus. Don’t think my Yamaha will last too long at that RPM range. Lesson learned and going back to original pitch.

Replacement for my Mercury 40HP 4-cylinder Bass Tracker motor. I dropped from 30 to 27 mph and the cavitation point seems to be less on this prop vs my old beat-up OEM prop. It’s possible it just needs to be broken in. I haven’t run the boat much since installing. I will update when I have some hours of use on the prop.
